The customer is bound by the general conditions valid at the time of purchase (submission of the online order).

The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the online store, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

By confirming the order, the user is familiar with the general business conditions, personal data protection and legal notice.

 

Delivery

The prices of products in the online store are listed in euros (€) and already include 9.5% or 22% VAT (value added tax), unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.

The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time, the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory.

The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

Our contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is GLS d.o.o.

Delivery is charged in accordance with the valid price list. The stated shipping costs are valid for domestic traffic in the territory of Slovenia and separately for the rest of the EU countries. Delivery of products is possible within the EU. 

All orders are shipped within three business days, if paid by PayPal or credit card. Orders marked as payment by advance invoice are sent after receipt of the transfer to TRR. Orders placed during weekends and holidays are shipped the next business day. In the case of products where a longer delivery period is specifically marked, this is taken into account. The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is GLS d.o.o., but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will allow him to fulfill the order more efficiently.

 

Purchase

Select the product you want to buy and click on the "Add to basket" button. At the top right of the shopping cart, the quantity and total amount of the ordered products is displayed. If you want to remove, reduce or increase the ordered quantity of a particular product, you will do so in the Basket.

Start the order completion process by clicking on the Basket and the "Checkout" button. The online store guides you through the following steps:

  1. step - order review
  2. step - choosing the delivery method
  3. step - choosing a payment method
  4. step - order review; at this step you can check the correctness of all data
  5. step - completed order.

After placing the order, you will receive a summary of the ordered products by e-mail. The customer can cancel the sent order within one hour after placing the order. It is not possible to cancel the order after the prescribed time. All costs incurred after the expiration of the valid cancellation period are covered by the customer of the goods. Information on the status and content of the order is always available to the customer on the provider's website.

The contract for the purchase of the ordered products between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage. By clicking the "Submit order" button, you confirm that you are familiar with the full text of the sales and payment terms and conditions listed here and that you were explicitly warned of these terms at the time of purchase.

The sales contract (order) in Slovenian is stored on the server in electronic form and is accessible to the customer at any time in his user profile (your account).

The sales contract (order) binds the online store and the customer. In the event that the buyer withdraws from the order/contract, he bears all direct costs arising from shipping according to the Consumer Protection Act (paragraph 6, article 43). In the event that the buyer orders products in the online store and then refuses or does not accept the shipment, bears the cost of postage in both directions. The price of postage is determined by the delivery service.

The provider issues an invoice to the customer on a permanent medium, with detailed costs and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the products, if necessary and possible.

 

Return of goods

The right to withdraw from the purchase, return the goods within 14 days

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the buyer has the right to return purchased goods within 14 days without giving a reason. The buyer must notify the provider in writing of the intended return, no later than 14 days after receiving the goods, via the contact form or e-info@love-me.si, and return the goods within the next 14 days.

You must return the goods in the original packaging, undamaged and in the same quantity, and the product must not have visible signs of use. You must also attach the original invoice and information about your transaction account to which you want a refund. The address for returning goods to the seller is Račni vrh 16, 1233 Dob, Slovenia. We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment and that you properly prepare the goods for transport (you can use the original packaging or other suitable safe packaging). Any return costs are covered by the buyer. We do not accept ransom payments.

Upon return, the buyer can request a refund of the purchase price, which the seller returns to his transaction account no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. In the online store, we also allow you to exchange the product.

We allow companies, independent entrepreneurs and other legal entities to return shipments of items within the warranty conditions. The listed organizations do not have the option of withdrawing from the contract within 15 days of receiving the goods without having to state the reason for their decision, as is the case for consumers (natural persons).

 

Method of payment

The provider allows the following payment methods:

  • Proforma invoice  (payment by proforma invoice - transfer to TRR). If you decide to pay by proforma invoice, you will receive a proforma invoice by e-mail. When it is fully settled, you will receive the ordered goods. If the preliminary invoice is partially paid, the goods remain in the possession of Proadapt doo until further notice
  • PayPal (payment via PayPal)
  • Payment by card (via Stripe)

 

Disclaimer

The provider makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its pages is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, product features, delivery dates or prices can change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer about the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered product.

Although the provider tries to provide accurate photos of the products for sale, all photos should be taken as symbolic. Photos do not guarantee product features.

 

Exclusion of liability

We reserve the right to disable the website or disable access to it due to technical or other problems and maintenance, which also means disabling or hindering the use of the online store. In the event of technical problems on the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders that were affected by the technical error. In case of cancellation of orders, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of further steps. You yourself must ensure adequate equipment protection (antivirus, etc.) before accessing and using the website.

 

Issuance of an invoice

After receiving the payment for the ordered items, we also send the invoice to the buyer in electronic form to the buyer's e-mail address. The price and all costs related to the purchase are detailed on the invoice. 

 

Liability for material errors

The seller is liable for material defects that the item had when the risk passed to the buyer, regardless of whether it was known to him or not. The seller is also responsible for those material defects that appear after the risk has passed to the buyer, if they are the result of a cause that existed before that. A slight material error is not taken into account.

 

Legal notice

The online store is owned by the company LOVE, ME d.o.o, which also manages the online store. The contents published in the online store are the property of the company LOVE, ME d.o.o. and can be used for non-commercial purposes, where they must retain all the copyright warnings and therefore may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any other way without the permission of the company LOVE, ME d.o.o. Sometimes it happens that we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy and reliability of all published data. We will take all warnings seriously and immediately correct the published information. We do not assume responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of information published in this online store or temporary non-operation of the online store. We reserve the right to make daily changes to content, errors in prices and written text. By using the online store, the visitor, the buyer confirms that he accepts the described conditions and agrees with them.

 

Complaints and disputes

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an efficient system for dealing with complaints and to designate a person with whom, in case of problems, the buyer can contact by phone or e-mail.

 

The complaint is submitted via the email address info@love-me.si. The appeal process is confidential. Within five working days, the team will confirm that it has received the complaint, inform the customer how long it will take to process it and keep him informed about the progress of the process.
